- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain security.

You agree not to use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes, including but not limited to:
- Uploading or sharing malicious or unauthorized content.
- Infringing on intellectual property rights of others.
- Attempting to breach security or disrupt system functionality.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, software code, trademarks, and materials provided through GSOLU are the property of Giga Software Solutions or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services solely for your internal business purposes.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our software or branding without written consent.
6. Subscription, Payment & Billing
Access to premium modules or software subscriptions may require payment. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to provide valid payment information and authorize recurring billing, if applicable.
All prices are listed in the applicable currency (CAD or USD) and are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. Refunds are handled according to the specific plan’s terms and our Privacy Policy.
GSOLU reserves the right to modify pricing or service plans with prior reasonable notice.
7. Third-Party Services
Our platform may integrate with third-party applications or APIs (e.g., Google, Meta, LinkedIn). Your use of these integrations is subject to each provider’s terms and privacy policies. GSOLU is not responsible for third-party services, their reliability, or their data practices.
8. Data Protection & Privacy

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GSOLU, its affiliates, and its employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Services including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
In any event, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to GSOLU in the 12 months preceding the incident.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if:
- You violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
- You fail to pay subscription fees when due.
- We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately, but obligations regarding confidentiality, payments, and intellectual property survive.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, and applicable federal laws. If you access our Services from the United States or other jurisdictions, you agree to comply with local laws that apply to your use.
For clients located in the United Arab Emirates, these Terms shall also be interpreted in accordance with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (PDPL) and applicable free zone regulations (such as DMCC or DIFC Data Protection Law No. 5 of 2020, where relevant).
13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time to reflect updates in our business, technology, or legal obligations. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our Services after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
